After carrier handoff

Follow your tracking updates

The carrier handles transportation and delivery. Updates may take a few days to appear after handoff.

Your tracking questions, answered

Why isn’t my tracking showing yet?

Use your order number and the email used at checkout. Check your confirmation email, including your spam or junk folder. Carrier updates may take a few days to appear after handoff.

What does “Label created” mean?

A shipping label has been generated. This status alone does not confirm carrier possession. Check this page for the next available carrier update.

Are there separate packages?

If your order has multiple shipments, review each shipment in your order details and shipping emails.

How do I contact the delivery carrier?

Once the delivery carrier is listed in your tracking details, use its official website and your tracking number for questions about scans or delivery timing.

My tracking shows an exception

Review the carrier’s update for any delivery attempt or required action. Contact the listed carrier for details. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, visit our Help page with your order number and their response.

Marked delivered, but you cannot find it?

Check the delivery location in your tracking details, your usual drop-off spot, and building reception. Ask the listed carrier for delivery details. If the package remains missing after that check, visit our Help page.
